* The Pizza Hut Crank Up The Volume was made for a National Pizza Hut Sales Managers meeting, which bought out the cafe. Pizza Hut had the shots made and controlled the inventory (not sold at the cafe). A few of the shots were given to staff working the buy-out. The Dallas soccer logo fake shot was not made by Hard Rock Cafe, Inc. but by a private seller who manufactured and sold it privately. The seller is known to collectors as Helio.
