* On December 7, 2006, Rank sold the Hard Rock business to the Seminole Tribe of Florida for $965 million US. Included in the deal were 124 Hard Rock Cafes, 4 Hard Rock Hotels, 2 Hard Rock Casino Hotels, 2 Hard Rock Live! concert venues, and stakes in three unbranded hotels. Rank Inc. kept the Hard Rock Casino London, but changed its name to G Casino Piccadilly. So this location is noted as renamed, not sold - it didn't close, was renamed and wasn't sold to the Seminole Tribe (thus, no longer part of the HRC business).
