* Amsterdam City 2007 - a gross misprint on the tombstone.  Rembrandt dies in 1669, not 1609.  It is estimated that approximately 30 of the shot glasses were sold before the cafe pulled the shot glasses from sale.  The design was never reprinted.

Denver A Shot At 5280 Ft - the title was separated so that the A and At are on the end of the design and Shot 5280 ft are at the beginning.  The problem with printing wrap around designs is the whole design often doesn't touch and the gap can hinder the image.  In this case, 12 shots were misprinted before the vendor noticed and corrected the title to fit on one side.  2 of the 12 shots were significantly flawed (printing was scratched), leaving 10 in existence.

Hollywood, CA City 2006 - more a poor printing than a mistake, the red star failed to get colored properly on a handful of shots.  Some reports are that the word "Hollywood" was missing entirely on some.

Las Vegas Hotel Cocktail Waitress Prototypes 2 - when printed the design on the back was flipped so when looking through the front of the shot glass, the names are backwards.  There is also one extra waitress in this set - "Dot" was never made in the final production.

New Orleans Swap in the Swamp - the word "Cafe" is clear on a couple of shot glasses where as on the original design the word is filled in white.

No Name - this shot glass appears to have missed most of the print cycle.  The word cafe is visible but the rest of the logo wasn't printed.  It is unknown how many of these shots exist.  The seller of this shot glass stated it was purchased in Boston but it cannot be verified (city name is missing too).

Orlando Winter Carnival - the original design has snowflakes printed all over the shot glass.  Approximately 12 shot glasses have no snowflakes.

Osaka 30th Anniversary Flared - Citywalk is missing from the cafe name.  It is unknown how many were sold.  A shot glass with the correct name was released.

Stockholm Red Letter - the letter h is missing in the city name.  It is unknown how many were sold before the cafe realized the error and pulled the shot glasses from the shelves.

Washington, DC Pin Summit Event 2002 - the official release of this shot has the FBI agent wearing a blue tie.  A handful of shot glasses have a grey tie.

Washington, DC 7 inch Flame Logo - the print cycle wasn't completed.  The HRC logo should be red and the guitar strings white.
