The 2008 Event

The New Orleans Hard Rock Cafe is hosting the Back to the Bayou Event.

Shot Event - Friday, July 25th 7 pm - 10 pm

7 pm - Registration

7:30 pm - Event shot and pin released

8 pm - Charity raffle and auction

Pin Event - Saturday, July 26th 10:30 am - 5 pm

10:30 am - Registration

11 am - Event items released

12 pm - Charity raffle

2 pm - Charity auction

2:30 pm - Raffle winners announced

As with most events, there will be a charity raffle and auction that will benefit the Habitat for Humanity Musicians Village.  If you are interested in donating new Hard Rock Cafe items (pins, bears, drum sticks, t-shirts, shot glasses - all collector items welcome), please contact Paul for details on where to send the donations:  Phmofos@aol. com.

For pre-event dinner - Thursday, July 24

This is the venue where the annual Drinking for Royalty contest will be held.

New Orleans - Saturday, July 26

For those staying in New Orleans Saturday night:

Huey Lewis and The News will headline at the Mitsubishi Motors ArenaBowl Extravaganza in a free public concert.  The concert will be at the Jax Parking Lot, which is adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe New Orleans.  Check with cafe for time of concert.

Biloxi - Saturday, July 26.

There is no formal function planned but for those group members leaving New Orleans for Biloxi on Saturday, we will meet up in the evening.  More details to come.

Destin Cafe - Sunday, July 27. 

Plans are being made to drive down to the Destin HR Cafe on Sunday morning.  If interested in going, please send an email to:  webmaster@hrcshots.com.

Biloxi HRC and HRH - Sunday, July 27.

Meet and Greet at the Biloxi Cafe from 7 pm to 9 pm.  There will be complimentary new menu appetizers - check them out here first!

Those taking advantage of the Corporate rate (had to be booked by May 31), will be staying overnight at the Hard Rock Hotel.  For those interested, we will hit the casino after the Cafe Meet and Greet.
